More Languages, More Countries, Now Available in Userbrain
Published January 7, 2026 by Paula in Product Updates

Userbrain now supports user testing in 6 languages and 17 countries, including French, Portuguese, and Italian, plus 10 new markets like Brazil, France, and Mexico. Same tool. Same workflow. No new setup required.
Have you struggled to run user tests in your target language or country?
You’re ready to run a user test. But your testing tool doesn’t support the language your product is built in, or the country your users are in.
So you wait.
Or you try to do it all yourself.
And what should be a quick, unmoderated test turns into a full-time project:
- Recruiting participants
- Screening responses
- Translating materials
- Managing incentives
It's exhausting. And often, it ends with:
“Let’s test this later…”
Which usually turns into never.
User Testing is now available in French, Portuguese, and Italian
You asked for more flexibility, more languages, more countries. We’ve taken the first step.

How to run a user test in another language or country
No need to change your process, it’s all built into the existing Userbrain flow:
- Create a new test and choose your test language: English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, or Spanish.

- Set up your user test as usual with auto-create, and run it in one of the newly supported languages.

- When everything’s ready to go, click "Get testers" to start ordering tests in your target countries.

-
You’ll see all available country options when using the location toggle during test setup.

-
Select one or more supported countries.

-
Launch your test in the same clear interface, with now more reach.
Why this update matters
- Less setup time
- More relevant feedback
- Test in your users’ actual language
- No need for external panels or recruiting
This is a small change, but it removes a big blocker. If language or region ever held you back from user testing, now’s the time to give it another try.
